What is the standard shipping time for model rocket kits?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can rocket engines be shipped via air or expedited methods?
Due to FAA and DOT safety regulations, all rocket engines and starters must be shipped via ground transportation only. These items cannot be shipped internationally or via expedited air services.
What is your return policy on opened kits?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Once a kit has been opened or the assembly process has started, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your rockets suitable for children?
Our products are designed for ages 10 and up with adult supervision. For younger enthusiasts, we recommend our E2X (Easy to Assemble) series which requires minimal construction and provides a safe introduction to rocketry.
